We strongly believe that there is a growing need for an identity and home for communities that have been left out to dry, rugged, or have otherwise fallen apart. People put their faith in faceless leadership and often are burned rather than rewarded for not only their financial contributions to a community but their emotional investment, too. These communities are often left out to dry with no path forward...

We want to give these outcasts a home. The Sanctuary aims to create a profoundly strong web of communities that back each other up through the struggles they’ve endured, and the knowledge they’ve gained along the way.

In this alliance of outcasts, we can create new narratives of success.

Main issues:

• Un Vetted Projects or non-public/unknown teams fully rug a community - often times stripping them of their SOL or funds. Leaving people victims of blatant theft
• Similarly, a project or team will create a superfluous or veiled project, leading people to believe there will be an NFT, only to get a "Rugged" token
• Projects that intend to mint with earnest, but end up failing or coming up short who then close up shop; oftentimes deleting their socials and ghosting
• Projects that mint that subsequently fails to make good on their promises or values: This often leads a community down a path to zero or little value
• Teams or Projects that abandon their community: Some communities seeking help have leaders that left without a trace but the project and community remain

In all the instances we see a "Promises made, Promises kept" discrepancy: these are the communities we aim to help.
